BDI Ops
Privacy notice
Updated October 29, 2026.
When you request a review
We save your name, email, firm and selected area of interest to review your request and arrange a conversation. Please do not send client names or case details.
We also save the page used to submit the form, the visit source and any campaign labels. A request is recorded as requested, not as a confirmed appointment.
Where the information goes
Vercel hosts this website and processes review requests before sending them to BDI Ops’ Supabase database in the United States. Only authorized administrators can view these records.
The form does not automatically send email or add you to a mailing list.
Visit sources and analytics
We keep the visit source, campaign labels and landing page in this tab’s session storage, so the source is not lost when you move between pages. Stored labels stop being reused after 30 minutes without a page load.
When enabled, Vercel Web Analytics records anonymous page views. If saved-request tracking is enabled, its event includes only public page paths and the traffic channel. We do not send names, email addresses, firm names, form answers or campaign labels to analytics.
Analytics page addresses exclude query strings and fragments. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The hosting platform may use its own security and access controls.
Basic protection
To limit repeated submissions, the form stores a temporary hash made from the network address and current hour. It does not store the network address in the request record.
Your request
You can ask us to correct or remove your request when we contact you. Do not submit information you do not want us to use for this conversation.
